No. There are two types of participation: simple tasks, open to anyone, and specialized projects, intended for those with technical or academic training. You sign up and are directed to the appropriate level.
Vetto does not hire employees. It functions as a platform for paid projects, where you receive payment per completed task or per hour of work. It's not a course, but some fronts include/offer training for specific projects.
You create a profile and receive invitations according to your area, language, availability, and performance in qualification stages. In some cases you choose projects; in others, you are selected.
Labelers perform simple tasks and receive payment per task. Experts are masters, doctors, or professionals from technical areas and work on more complex projects, with significantly higher compensation per hour or specialized analysis.
